DESCRIPTION
For this project, we had over a month to create a poster that advertised an imaginary company of our choice. The company had to be centered around these themes: Music, Culinary, Sports, Fashion, or Nature (I think). We had to download and mask at least 4 pictures that related to our companies, and then design and create our own logo that was associated with our company name. We created the logo in Illustrator and we created the background in Illustrator as well. Then we compiled the photos and the background of the poster in photoshop to finish the final product.
PERSONAL GOAL
My personal was honestly to have the best poster in the entire class. I wanted to show off how I can use what I’ve learned in this class to make an amazing final product. I wanted to use many textures and colors. I wanted this poster to be very bright and vibrant, and I think I accomplished that to a T. Plus, I wanted to stay away from being dull and boring, so I didn’t use black for any of my background colors.
DIFFICULTIES
I actually felt very comfortable and collected while completing this project, I didn’t experience any difficulties that held me back. But time management was definitely something that I had to take control of and be mindful about.
